Shep Hickey founded Bryzos in 2017 after leaving a successful executive role in steel distribution to tackle the metals industry’s digital transformation. With a deep operational and procurement background and sharp instincts for innovation, he created Bryzos and later Gone in 60 Seconds™ to bring speed, transparency, and fairness to how metals are bought and sold. Shep leads with vision, grit, and a belief in building things that last.

From producing the Bryzos podcast and docuseries to leading social media and creative campaigns, Rachel brings tenacity, adaptability, and a sharp eye for what resonates in the metals industry.
